Thomas Wright

THOMAS WRIGHT is the Senior Director for Strategic Planning at the United States National Security Council, and he is co-author, with Colin Kahl, of Aftershocks: Pandemic Politics and the End of the Old International Order. He previously served as Director of the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution.
