MICHAEL KIMMAGE is Professor of History at the Catholic University of America and a Nonresident Senior Associate with the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. His book Collisions: The War in Ukraine and the Origins of the New Global Instability will be published by Oxford University Press in 2024.
