Eliot A. Cohen

ELIOT A. COHEN is Robert E. Osgood Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, where he served as Dean from 2019 to 2021, and Arleigh A. Burke Chair in Strategy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He was Counselor of the U.S. State Department from 2007 to 2009.
